403B Plan
You can participate in our 403B plan after your first 90 days of employment. This tax-qualified program allows pre- and post-tax contributions of your pay. Unlike traditional 401k employer matching programs that vary with the amount of employee contribution, URAC contributes 3% of your salary for the first year and subsequently increases that contribution by one percent for every year of employment up to a cap of 6%. Both company and employee contributions are 100% vested from day one.
Life Insurance
URAC offers employees a life insurance benefit of 1 times salary with a minimum of $100,000. Additional coverage or coverage for family members is available at the employee expense. All life insurance coverage is subject to individual underwriting. The coverage is underwritten by the life insurance carrier and is contingent on the insurance carrier’s final approval and issuance of a policy.
