Exploring International Outsourcing Health Care Quality

This focus group, designed as an interactive session and aimed to be mutually beneficial to diverse groups in the domestic and international health care industry, whether engaged or not in international outsourcing, looks at the cutting edge trends, patterns, issues and implications in the rapidly evolving globalization of the health care field.  It informs and guides participants about the critical drivers and various dimensions of assessment, monitoring, and improving outsourcing health care quality. Refresments are provided.

This focused workshop is designed to provide individual interested in accreditation and first-time applicants with detailed information about URAC’s new pharmacy benefit and drug therapy management accreditation process and standards. Workshop continues Saturday, October 6th 7:30 am - 11:00 am, continental breakfast is provided.

Quality Improvement Projects: Ensuring They Meet Accreditation Standards and Add Value
This workshop provides an overview of the goals of quality improvement projects, the points that need to be included, information on how to structure, how to determine a baseline, and what to measure during the course of the project.
