Measure Development Analysis and Reporting Survey Activities
Beginning with measure concepts familiar to the industry, we are adding quantitative measures to our accreditation programs. Measurement facilitates quality improvement and enables more meaningful comparisons among accredited organizations. At first, organizations can use URAC measures for internal quality improvement and reporting to clients. Later, measures will be audited and publicly reported. URAC is collaboratively developing surveys to help health care organizations engage in active listening with customers and clients. We will also develop industry reports based on survey data.
