Survey Activities

URAC is working with industry stakeholders to develop useful survey materials and strategies that will enable them to engage in active listening with customers and clients. URAC will also transform survey data into informative industry reports.

Participant Experience Survey for Case Management

URAC and CARF International have recently announced the availability of a new consumer survey tool for case management professionals. The uSPEQ/URAC Participant Experience Survey for Case Management (uSPEQ-CM) will help evaluate and improve the quality of health care programs and services offered to consumers.
