Case Management Accreditation – Only from URAC
Case Management has always been a critical delivery point in coordinated health care. Health Reform NOW provides the visibility necessary for legislators to see the importance of case management in consumer safety. URAC’s Case Management accreditation remains state-of-the-art through information gathered from patient satisfaction surveys administered by the uSPEQ/URAC Participant Experience Survey for Case Management (uSPEQ-CM). uSPEQ-CM helps evaluate and improve the quality of health care programs and services offered to consumers.
The modular design of URAC’s Case Management accreditation program allows for the application of Case Management standards across multiple settings. URAC’s Case Management accreditation benefits the varied needs of organizations that provide either telephonic or on-site case management services across specialty markets such as:
Social Case Workers - for management of care transitions across the spectrum of provider settings
