URAC recently announced the revisions to the delegation standards, which will be released for new and reaccreditation programs contracted on or after August 1, 2018. The revised delegation standards will be released as Core v3.2 and, for the pharmacy accreditation programs, as Pharm Core v3.2.

Deborah Smith is known for a successful track record of work involving leadership development, quality and regulatory compliance, performance improvement, URAC accreditation standards development, nursing management, service delivery and hospital operations, prior to joining the URAC staff mid-2014.
In 2016, Deborah led the launch of the URAC Telehealth Accreditation program. Her role with URAC continues to be as an innovation and strategy advisor. She frequently interacts with URAC clients in the role of content expert on URAC standards and the accreditation process. As URAC’s Product Development Principal, she is responsible for the growth strategy to be attained through new product development. Deborah holds a Master of Science in Nursing from UCLA.
