Case management services are one of the fastest growing areas in health care and are used in a variety of health care settings. This webinar will provide an overview of the case management case file audit tool. This audit tool is used by URAC’s accreditation reviewers during their onsite reviews.

The registered attendees will receive a complimentary case management case file audit tool.

The attendees at this webinar should be able to:
    • Understand how to use the audit tool
    • Receive insight from the URAC accreditation reviewer
    • Describe the concepts included in Case Management file reviews
    • Describe use of weighting in scoring of elements
    • Discuss challenging standards and elements commonly encountered


Course Prerequisite
    • This webinar is not designed to teach the Case Management standards.
    • The Case Management Accreditation Standards course (workshop, webinar or elearning) is required before taking this training

Registered attendees will receive a complimentary Case Management Audit Tool.

Registration includes one phone connection, one internet connection, one set of handouts for unlimited attendees at one location and one certificate for continuing education hours, if available. Attend from your desktop or conference room. Additional phone and internet connections requires an additional registration(s).

Cancellation and Other Policies:
URAC reserves the right to cancel any Workshop with less than five (5) registrants and Webinar with less than two (2) registrants 14 days in advance of scheduled event.

ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please check with your URAC Account Manager to verify if you are eligible for free registration prior to making registration payment. Registration cancellations must be made at least one week in advance of the program in order to receive a registration credit. Credits must be used by yourself or another employee within your organization to attend a future URAC educational program within one year of the cancellation date. Registrations are not approved until full payment is received.

Check payment should be sent with a copy of the invoice to URAC, Education Department, 1220 L Street, NW, Suite 400, Washington, DC. Access to workshop, webinar and conference materials will not be granted until payment is received in full.
