URACís Clinical Integration accreditation is the first of two new accreditation programs that address the newest and fastest growing provider network models in healthcare.

The Clinical Integration accreditation is a foundation and prerequisite for the more advanced Accountable Care accreditation, covered in a separate workshop. Clinically integrated networks are organized by providers in multiple forms and sizes. These networks may be horizontally or vertically integrated and contracted to serve single or multiple specialty needs of consumers. The goals of a clinically integrated network are to improve the quality of care, conserve resource utilization, and achieve cost efficiency at the point of care. URACís Clinical Integration standards align closely with FTC/DOJ Antitrust guidance and Meaningful Use Stages 1 and 2.

This 1-day workshop covers all the standards in Clinical Integration, which address the requirements for: Structure and Operations, Health IT, Clinical Management, Population Health, Care Coordination, and Performance Measurement and Reporting.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
URAC reserves the right to cancel any Workshop with less than five (5) registrants and Webinar with less than two (2) registrants 14 days in advance of scheduled event. Additionally, URAC reserves the right to modify the program agenda based on number of registrants. Please review the agenda for your related event, if applicable.

ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please check with your URAC Account Manager to verify if you are eligible for free registration prior to making registration payment. Registration cancellations must be made at least one week in advance of the program in order to receive a registration credit. Credits must be used by yourself or another employee within your organization to attend a future URAC educational program within one year of the cancellation date. Registrations are not approved until full payment is received.

Check payment should be sent with a copy of the invoice to URAC, Education Department, 1220 L Street, NW, Suite 400, Washington, DC. Access to workshop, webinar and conference materials will not be granted until payment is received in full.
