URAC Appoints Christian Moritz as Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Washington, DC― URAC, a leader in promoting healthcare quality through accreditation, education, and measurement programs named Christian Moritz as its vice president of sales and marketing. Moritz will be responsible for all sales, marketing, and communications and will be part of the executive team. He was selected after a successful nationwide search.

“Christian has a consistent track record of increasing sales and profits by leading teams to transform insights into successful results,” said Kylanne Green, chief executive officer of URAC. “His deep experience in sales, media and marketing can help drive organic growth for URAC, our ongoing commitment to healthcare quality and most importantly, the clients we serve.”

Moritz brings over 20 years of experience leading teams in sales, communications and marketing. Prior to joining URAC, Moritz was vice president of marketing, communications and sales, at Sodexo USA. Previously he was vice president of marketing and communications at the National Association of Manufacturers where his team won several awards for the redesign of the NAM brand and website. Moritz has held marketing and sales leadership roles at Pepsico, Choice Hotels, Heinz and AOL. He earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and is a writer for the Huffington Post.
