URAC honors past achievements and future vision
This week, URAC marked a major milestone, 35 years of advancing health care quality. At a reception during URAC Connect on October 8, leaders from across the health care industry, clients, board members and partners gathered in Washington, D.C. to celebrate the organization’s history and future.
From its start in 1990 with one program and four clients, URAC has grown to nearly 1,100 accredited organizations and now offers 47 programs spanning specialty pharmacy, telehealth, mental health at work and artificial intelligence in health care.
As URAC looks ahead, we remain committed to setting standards that help ensure safe, equitable and effective care for diverse populations.
