We invite regulators and URAC clients to submit inquiries about specific program standards interpretation. To submit an inquiry, please click the button below and complete the standards interpretation request form. A URAC representative will respond to your inquiry within five business days.

DO NOT submit any protected health information (PHI) in your inquiry. PHI is any information about health status, provision of health care or payment for health care that can be linked to a specific individual. Submitting PHI to URAC is strictly prohibited. Additional information about PHI can be found here. Should URAC receive an inquiry with PHI, we will not accept it. We will contact you and request you to re-submit your inquiry without PHI.
