Getting Started
You will use your email address to log into the AccreditNet 3.0 system. You will not use the same password that you used for AccreditNet 2.0 or TAP.
On the login window for AccreditNet 3.0 there is a link called “Can’t log In or forgot your password?” Select this link to receive an email from no-reply@urac.org containing a link to reset your password.
If your contract is signed and your application for accreditation/certification is already in process, you should continue to use the AccreditNet 2.0 or TAP system through review completion. For contracts signed on or after February 26, you will begin and complete your accreditation/certification application in the new AccreditNet 3.0 system.
Note: This does not include contracts for ParityManager™. ParityManager is a specialized system supporting the evaluation and accreditation for Mental Health/Substance Use parity. Neither the AccreditNet 2.0 nor TAP system is used for Mental Health/Substance Use parity evaluation.
You will be notified via email when your new application for accreditation/certification is available in AccreditNet 3.0. The email will be from no-reply@urac.org, and will indicate that you have access to an instrument to initiate your application for accreditation/certification. The email will also contain a link to the application instrument.
The AccreditNet 3.0 system can be accessed directly at: https://accreditnet.urac.org/#/auth/login.

Your Program Guide and Standards are available on the “Documents” tab of your Organization’s dashboard, in the “Shared” view of the screen.
At this time, please reach out to your Client Relations Manager to manage your contacts and their access to application instruments.
Current Applicants
If your application is already available in the AccreditNet 2.0 system, you will continue to use that system for completion of your current application. If you are unsure if your application is available in AccreditNet 2.0, please contact your Client Relations Manager.
- I am in the middle of a Desk Top Review (DTR), how does that impact me?
- There will be no impact to your DTR. You will receive Requests for Information (RFIs) in your current system and you will be able to respond.
- I have a Validation Review (VR) scheduled for next week – how does that impact me?
- There will be no impact to your VR. The VR will proceed using the application you completed in your current system.
Documentation and Citation
The text size limit is the same for both short and long text fields. Each text field will support up to 1 billion characters.
These general questions are not included in your guide, however there are only 10 general questions associated to an application instrument. Please note that some programs may have 1 to 2 specific questions associated with the program.
Only Question 4 in the General Question list is limited to one document. If you need to upload multiple documents for General Question #4, either append the documents together into one file or create a .zip file.
All “Supporting Documentation” or evidence submission questions allow for the uploading of multiple documents.
While the system does not limit the number of documents that may be uploaded per standard element, most often only one or two documents are necessary to demonstrate compliance. URAC will not review more than three documents per standard element prior to a “Request for Information” being sent.
AccreditNet 3.0 allows for PDF, Word, Excel and Zip files.
You must enter information in the Citation box, however, if you have a clear citation within the document, it is acceptable to type "Citation in Document, see highlighted area” in the Citation box.
For a Not Applicable standard or element, upload document explaining why it is Not Applicable and in the citation box place N/A.
Accredited Clients
AccreditNet 2.0 will remain active. You will be able to access to your past applications, documents, seals and certifications via this system. You will be notified 3 months prior to the retirement of AccreditNet 2.0 and TAP.
If you are in AccreditNet 3.0, your application, documents, seals and certification will be available via this system.
At this time there are no plans to migrate NOC data from AccreditNet 2.0 to AccreditNet 3.0. AccreditNet 2.0 will be available, however for at least the next year. You will be notified well in advance of shutting down this system.
You will be able to submit a NOC in the AccreditNet 3.0 system. Access to the NOC is available via your Dashboard in AccreditNet 3.0. If you have any questions regarding the submission of your NOC, please contact your Client Relations Manager.
Continuing Use Of Accreditnet 2.0
The AccreditNet 2.0 and TAP systems will be available for at least the next year providing access to your past applications, documents, seals and certifications.
You will need to re-load any documents that you will use for your AccreditNet 3.0 application instrument. This is not new since the reaccreditation process has always required most recent versions of any documentation used to demonstrate compliance with program criteria.
Currently, we do not have an anticipated date for closure of the current AccreditNet 2.0 or TAP systems. All applications currently in progress in AccreditNet 2.0 and/or TAP will need to be completed before that can happen. You will be notified prior to the retirement of AccreditNet 2.0 and TAP.
