URAC President and CEO Shawn Griffin, MD Appointed to Partnership for Quality Measurement
URAC’s President and CEO Shawn Griffin, MD has been appointed as a clinician member of the Partnership for Quality Measurement (PQM) powered by Battelle.
In this role, Dr. Griffin will bring his experience as a physician leader and accreditation executive to PQM’s Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review and Measure Set Review processes, which inform the development of quality measures used in federal health programs. His appointment reflects URAC’s mission to advance quality across the health care landscape.
By serving on PQM’s committees, Dr. Griffin will contribute to consensus-based evaluations that shape the measures used to improve health care delivery and outcomes nationwide.
His participation ensures that the voice of an accreditor focused on issues such as mental health parity, telehealth, AI and population health is part of the national conversation on measurement and quality.
