Supporting Mental Health in the Health Care WorkforceHealth care workers were exhibiting high levels of burnout and emotional stress before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Then 2020 came and only made things worse.

Now, efforts to improve the mental health of those who care for others are moving forward. These efforts come from both individual institutions and organizations that look to remove the stigma of mental health in the health care workforce and show the science behind how improving mental health of employees is a good business strategy with tangible benefits.

Join URAC, The Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation and One Mind at Work for a discussion on why caring for the mental health of caregivers is important, and how even small actions taken by your organization can make a noticeable difference.
