Jenn Richards, PharmD, JD, CSP is a Product Development Principal at URAC where she is responsible for the development and revision of standards within URAC’s Pharmacy Quality Management® accreditation programs. She also oversees the volunteer pharmacy advisory group that assists URAC in defining best practices and quality standards. Jenn has pharmacy background in retail, prescription benefits management, specialty, compounding and hospital. She has worked on many pharmacy improvement projects making large changes to organizational structures to provide better total patient care.
Jenn has a Doctor of Pharmacy, received in 2011, and a Juris Doctor, received in 2015. Jenn is also a Certified Specialty Pharmacist. Jenn is currently seeking a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Behavior.
Michelle Corzine, PharmD is a Pharmacy Accreditation Reviewer with URAC and has over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry. Her career includes experience in compounding, long-term care, community and physician practice pharmacies. Michelle has managed pharmacies in both the corporate and independent marketplace and excels in seeking avenues to connect with patients and promote positive patient outcomes. In her career, she has developed and maintained pharmaceutical care plans for patients across many platforms, including assisted living and oncology patients. Additionally, she spent two years as the Director of Pharmacy for a local oncology office, where she was responsible for creating the policies and procedures required for Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation. Michelle also served as a preceptor for pharmacy students from Mercer University and South University, which she believes is essential for guiding the success of our future pharmacists. Michelle holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy.
Jeff Wussow has been working in domestic and international business development for over 20 years and has spent the last 17 years in health care organizations. His experience includes the pharmaceutical industry, HIPAA privacy and security, specialized health care audits and health care data validation. He joined URAC in 2021 as a Business Development Executive and works with pharmacies and other organizations that are considering URAC accreditation. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
