Georgia Is Enforcing Mental Health Parity Laws

Georgia’s Mental Health Parity Act (HB 1013), works in conjunction with the federal Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA) toensure insurers cover mental health and substance use disorders no more restrictively than physical health.
