URAC’s President and CEO Shawn Griffin, MD, received the 2024 Salus Award for Individual Voices in Workplace Mental Health at the One Mind at Work Global Summit for his dedication to mental health advocacy. This recognition highlights URAC’s proactive approach under Dr. Griffin’s leadership to foster workplace wellbeing.
The Salus Award, presented by Gordon Watson and Garen Staglin, carries the namesake of the Roman goddess of safety and well-being. It honors intentional and creative commitment to building mentally healthy workplaces. Dr. Griffin’s leadership exemplifies the transformative impact of proactive mental health initiatives, fostering inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. Dr. Griffin also sits on One Mind at Work’s Guiding Council. We are deeply grateful to be led by someone who so strongly prioritizes employee mental health!
