At URAC, we believe that Mental Health is Health. Join us in celebrating Mental Health Action Day to prioritize your mental health by taking an hour out of your day on May 18 to give back to yourself, your community or your workplace.
For Mental Health Action Day you could try at least one of the following recommendations before day is up and post about it using #MentalHealthAction.
- Go for a walk
- Meditate for a few minutes
- Take a nap
- Sign up to volunteer at your favorite organization
- Check in on friend or loved one
- Get creative – color, draw or doodle
