National Employee Wellness Month Highlights the Importance of Healthier Workplaces

June is National Employee Wellness Month, an opportunity for organizations across the country to recognize how workplace mental health and culture contribute to healthier employees and stronger organizations. From mental health support to burnout prevention and employee support programs, employers are taking a broader approach to workplace wellness. Healthier workplace cultures can strengthen engagement, improve retention and support better outcomes for employees and teams alike.

As conversations around workplace mental health continue to grow, many organizations are looking for clearer ways to evaluate and strengthen employee support programs. URAC’s Mental Health at Work Accreditation provides a framework for organizations committed to building healthier workplace cultures and supporting employee mental health.
