URAC is proud to announce updates to many of our cornerstone pharmacy accreditation programs on Wednesday, October 1, reflecting the latest best practices in a rapidly evolving industry. The updated programs include Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation, Mail Service Pharmacy Accreditation, Specialty Pharmacy Services Accreditation and Pharmacy Benefit Management Accreditation.
“URAC updates our programs to ensure that we stay abreast with changes to the industry as those changes are affecting our clients and the patients they serve,” said URAC Director of Pharmacy, Heather Bonome, PharmD. “Our clients know they can trust us to set standards that reflect current industry best practices and that they can use to improve and grow their programs.”
