President and CEO

Kylanne Green, president and CEO of URAC since 2013, had previously served on the URAC Board of Directors for two decades and as board chairman for two years.  She is a highly respected, renowned speaker in the healthcare industry, sharing her insights on advancing healthcare innovation and improving healthcare quality. Her 45-year career in the healthcare industry began with frontline nursing and progressed into management and C-suite leadership, including: executive vice president at INOVA, the largest integrated health system in Northern Virginia; chief operating officer of Health Insurance Association of America; chief operating officer of Aetna Health Plans of the Mid-Atlantic; and area administrator of Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic.

Robin Adams

Vice President, Business Development

Robin Adams, vice president of strategy and product development at URAC, has more than two decades of experience working in pediatric academic and community-based health systems developing strategic plans and leading multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate implementation. At Children’s National Health System in Washington, DC, she was responsible for the plan that introduced the population health-based strategy supporting the development of Children’s regional outpatient center strategy to facilitate access to the broader District, Maryland and Virginia populations. At INOVA, Adams served as chief growth officer and was a member of a system-wide cross-functional team that developed the INOVA Heart and Vascular Institute, INOVA Spine Institute, INOVA Breast Care Institute and the INOVA Neurosciences Institute. At Sentara Healthcare, she supported the system-wide effort to develop the inaugural out of Hamptons Road market to grow the Sentara brand in Northern Virginia. She received both her BS and MA in Finance from Cornell University and her MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. She serves as adjunct faculty at George Mason University where she teaches Strategic Healthcare Management in the School of Health Administration and Policy.

Marissa Schlaifer, M.S., R.Ph.

Schlaifer, M.S., R.Ph.

Marissa Schlaifer, M.S., R.Ph., consultant for Redefine Health, assists clients with health care policy analysis, issue advocacy, practice advancement and business development. Previously, Marissa was head of policy at CVS Health, where she led the team responsible for creating policy positions that help shape the laws and regulations impacting CVS Health business and served as a key contact with federal agencies. Prior to CVS Health, Marissa was director of pharmacy and regulatory affairs at the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), Healthy Outcomes director at H-E-B Grocery Company, a clinical pharmacist for PacifiCare of Texas/Prescription Solutions, and regional manager for managed care sales for Eckerd Drug Company. Marissa currently serves on the AMCP Board of Directors. She is a member of the National Quality Forum Measure Application Partnership (MAP) Coordinating Committee and co-chairs the MAP Medicaid Adult workgroup.

Vijeev Menon, RPh

Menon, RPh

Vijeev Menon, RPh serves as a consultant for Redefine Health where he is developing the essential toolkit that organizations need as they evaluate the prospect of establishing specialty pharmacy operations. Vijeev has over 20 years of leadership experience in various settings including setting up a large specialty pharmacy as well as managing pharmacy operations for retail, mail order, pharmacies, health system pharmacies and pharmacy call centers. He has also developed and overseen the quality program, successful workflow enhancements and performance improvement initiatives of several organizations. He is also experienced as an accreditation reviewer. Vijeev received his B.S. in Pharmacy from The University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a specialization in Clinical Pharmacy. He is a registered pharmacist in Texas, Kansas, Florida and Arizona.
